Meet Renee Stallings
Renee Stallings, their Executive Assistant, coordinates a broad scope of services for the team's clients and provides the support and follow-up needed for the many components of real estate transactions. Renee brings her Marketing degree from Southern New Hampshire University to the team. Her delightful manner and attention to detail are an asset to clients. She plays a key role in the team's assurance of smooth and succesful real estate transactions.
Actively involved in the community, Renee volunteers in the school system and as a soccer coach. She is also a member of the Culpeper Humane Society. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, hiking, reading and being outdoors.

Nationwide surveys indicate that a large number of potential home buyers count themselves out of the market because of widely-held myths about home financing.
Some of the most prevalent myths include: 1) home buyers need large down payments (more than is actually the case); 2) the loan process works against people under age 35; 3) owning a home is more expensive than renting; and 4) minorities have no chance of getting a mortgage.
